Renter.Exe (VBDos application) is design to allow the user to enter the date, amount, check number they made the payment. The software will make a comparisons between the current date and the paid date. Entering a number for a specific day of each month to be reminded will display when viewing your last entered data for each up coming month, (example: If you want to be reminded on the 5th of each month you either enter or select 5 from the list and when your payment date has passed it will display that date for next month. You can export a payment record. You can change and resave the data for a record. The [Compute] button displays on screen the total amounts listed in your record's file. Double clicking on a line in the list retrieves your saved data. The [Delete] button will delete all your data, your data file. Renter.exe is here to help.
