Qbasic/QuickBasic Programming

Base-256 File to Base-10 File & Base-10 File to Base-256 File (Two Programs). A file may be thought of as a very large ASCII Base-256 number. My two programs will convert a file to a very large Base-10 number and then convert that very large Base-10 Number back into the original file. If the file is of a moderate size, the conversion to a Base-10 number will be quite rapid. However, for a very large file, the conversion to a Base-10 number can take several hours.
