This is one of the more advanced set of 2D star routines ever on QuickBASIC, because it features translucency, as well as the star speed that is measured in decimals **rather** than whole numbers (resulting in even **smoother** movements! ;) ). Plus, you can enable them to move in ANY diagonal direction you wish, and lots more! (Requires RelLib and QuickBASIC 4.5 to use.)
