Qbasic/QuickBasic Programming

The inspiration for this Windows executable program was the Inca Quipu which was their recorded language done with knotted strings with meaning that could only be interpreted by their priests who answered to the ruler. My interpretation is to use the digital language of binary and hexadecimal symbols that are such a part of our everyday life in the 21st Century. The zip file contains the Windows executable, the source code, and a PDF with a complete explanation of the program's features including several screen shots. NOTE: The zip file is corrupted.
