Qbasic/QuickBasic Programming

AnyBase.bas will run in QBASIC or QUICK BASIC. Convert FROM a Base-10 number (1 through 999,999,999,999,999) TO a RANGE of Any-Bases between Base-2 through Base-10,000,000 -OR- Convert FROM a RANGE of Any-Bases TO a RANGE of Base-10 numbers (within the same ranges as above) BY: Using a "Dot Notation" approach. The screen prompts are self-apparent and user error(s) are fully captured and handled. Note: To modify any user input, just hit <Enter> at the next prompt.
