Tinst15.exe - Crap Systems 0 /10
This is the same as TINST10.EXE but has some bugs corrected including the 'Illegal Function Call' error in the EXE builder and it now preserves file date and time stamps. All of the installer's animations have been slowed down. It can also be used as a file archiver now as the installation data is no longer stored in the TPK file.
