It's been over ten years since I graced the pages of qb45.com ....
this was the beginning of my programming career. It's where it all clicked, finally came together. I remember spending hours online in java chat and forums. Countless posts, absorbing everything I could.

I had met a lot of really great programmers here. One cat went on to do some real incredible stuff, crossleo was his name, crazy that i remember that.

Anyway, I stumbled my way here through the pages of memory, and had to say Thanks, I'm glad the site is here, its exciting to see that qbasic isn't dead. :) The Archaic Revival is planting a foot hold here :) later.

Thanks qb_rpg_man! I started coding in QB around 2003 but I only discovered this site around 2005 when Jofers rebuilt it. Then it disappeared overnight and became a WWW-board-like front page.

Around 2008 Marcade and I wanted to rebuild it for all the QB enthusiasts. It doesn't draw a lot of attention since QB users are dwindling (not dead!) but I like it for its elegance and file archives from years ago.

Anyway it's great to hear from all the old QB45 members now and again!
